Building The Generations

See the full presentation below, visit our video page, and scroll through the construction plans for BTG Phase 1 and the conceptual plans for BTG Phase 2. As we labor diligently to pass the Gospel down, we are trusting God to build the generations for His glory.

Construction Plans

UPDATE (8/21/22) - Phase 1 Construction Plans

We’ve recently received full construction plans from the architects and are working with a contractor to make a timeline for breaking ground. As seen in the images below, Phase 1 has transformed from the original conception to now include:

  • A fully enclosed breezeway along the front face of our main building

  • A drive through and covered porte-cochere to aid drop-off and pick-up

  • A large covered walk-in front entrance

We’re also working on plans for additional parking to set us up well for Phase 2 and the Perimeter Pathway vision. See the September 2022 Connection for more on these items.

Conceptual Plans

UPDATE (5/2/22) - pHASE 1

We’re praising God for bringing in the funding goal for Phase 1 through the generous giving of our people! This funding goal was based on the best estimates we could obtain at the time of the initial vision. As plans develop, construction costs continue to change and we will evaluate the changing landscape as best we can, updating as necessary.

Two-Phase Construction Project

At our congregational meeting on July 25, 2021, the congregation approved a motion to proceed to construction on the plan outlined below as soon as the way is clear and the cash is available. Join us in praying for God’s provision and direction as we pursue this vision! *See the full presentation video above.

PHASE 1 - ADMIN CONNECTOR

An efficient attractive infill structure that connects A and C buildings, creating a welcome center for Covenant Kids Ministries, a school administrative suite and dedicated entrances for both. In addition, remodel C building bathrooms and A building conference area for church staff offices and counseling growth.

PHASE 2 - NEXT GENERATION TRAINING CENTER

A two-story training center providing eleven new and larger Covenant Kids discipleship rooms on the first floor to be shared with our ever-growing New Covenant School ministry; also providing eleven upper school rooms on the second floor. In addition, our B Building to be remodeled to support our growing youth ministry, discipleship ministry, and homeschool community.
