    Apply a few examples:

a) The promise of forgiveness (1 John 1:9).

b) The promise of help with temptation (1 Cor. 10:13; Ps. 121).

c) The promise of salvation and other gifts (Rom. 10:9,13).

THE STRENGTHENING OF FAITH

  1. Feed on God’s Word (Matt. 4:4).

  2. Act on God’s Word (John 14:21).
