The MISERY WITHOUT reconciliation (3-4)
The MERRIMENT WITHIN reconciliation (5-7)
The MINISTRY of reconciliation (8-11)
Be reconciled to God by trusting his redeeming love to escape misery (9-10).
Be an instructor of others begging them to be reconciled (8).
Be rejoicing in praise to God for our reconciliation (11).
